Personal use
Privacy policy
Aerion Personal Mail is a private Google OAuth configuration for using the Aerion desktop email client with the account owner’s own accounts. No public registration is offered.
Google account data
The configuration authorizes access to email, attachments, mailbox organization, contacts, other contacts, and account identity. These permissions support personal email reading, composition, sending, organization, deletion, and recipient lookup. The Gmail permission includes the ability to permanently delete messages.
Use, storage, and sharing
In Aerion’s documented desktop operation, mailbox copies, contacts, and authentication information are held on the user’s device, and the client communicates with the configured email providers. Sending a message delivers its contents to the recipients chosen by the user.
This personal configuration is for managing the owner’s mail. It is not used to sell Google data, target advertising, or train general-purpose AI models. This informational website does not receive Gmail contents, contacts, or OAuth tokens.
The site has no sign-in form, analytics scripts, or application database. Its hosting provider may process ordinary web-request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the pages.
Retention and control
The owner controls local retention through the desktop client and device storage. Removing the application may leave its data directory behind. Local copies can be removed separately; removing local copies does not itself erase messages stored with Google.
Access can be revoked in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove previously downloaded data.
Google Limited Use
Aerion Personal Mail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
